The system comes prepackaged with a 3D reference model of the head and neck anatomy. It is easy enough to show and discuss with patients and parents; and yet it is also detailed and accurate enough to serve as a medical reference for clinicians looking to refresh their anatomical education.

This unique, all-in-one system is a combination of Anatomage’s own designed hardware and software. The unit is self-contained and ready to use. The tempered glass protects the screen in its horizontal orientation and the optical touch sensors enable very responsive multi-touch interactions. Users can interact with the software using their fingers. With the adaptable hardware design, the entire system can be mounted within a conference or waiting room table or even wall-mounted for a more vertical orientation. Because of the all-in-one design, how to best utilize the hardware is completely up to the user.

The system is based on the Windows 7 operating system allowing users to run other applications as well: such as web and photo browsers, video players or even practice management software.

The table includes a highly detailed, accurate 3D anatomy reference model. The model includes musculoskeletal, circulatory and nervous systems. The data is based on real human anatomy delivering high accuracy. Blood vessels and nerve strands have been carefully modeled and annotated and can be easily selected to show the annotation and location of the structures.

Visage also functions as an image review touch workstation. With each table comes a copy of software based on Anatomage’s
prestigious InVivoDental. Clinicians can review for the diagnosis, show patients their own case for the consultations and even have patients interact with their volume renderings. With the imaging software and touchscreen interactivity, Anatomage is broadening the possibilities for doctor-patient consultations.
