Anatomage Table 9 Update: The Full List of Added Content and Features (2022)
For over a decade, Anatomage has continuously expanded and refined the content of the Anatomage Table, delivering the most advanced reconstructions of real human bodies, uniquely augmented by dynamic simulations in functional anatomy and clinical procedures. Each annual update builds on the previous generation, adding new cadavers, real-anatomy-based physiology, clinical procedures, pathological cases, and interactive learning experiences designed for medical education and training.
Anatomage Table 9 brings new anatomical detail, lecture tools, functional anatomy, and more.
Anatomage Table 9: New Content and Features

Navigation:
- Open the Navigation feature to find helpful material faster! You can now sort through Table content by subject matter to find resources for your specific classes and units.
Cadavers:
- All 3D bodies (Gross Anatomy and High Res Regional Anatomy) are now housed within the Cadavers button.
Functional Anatomy:
- Name change! Physiology is now titled Functional Anatomy.
Anatomage Share:
- Upload or download content directly from our new Anatomage Share platform.
Anatomical Detail
This update, we focused heavily on refining our cadavers to bring you the highest level of anatomical detail and accuracy yet. Our improvements include:
Gross Anatomy Cadavers
Male Asian Cadaver’s vasculature and nerves have been extensively updated to improve anatomical accuracy and show more detailed branches.
Male Caucasian Cadaver’s muscles have been updated to show improved accuracy on origins and insertions.
Female Caucasian Cadaver’s brain, organs, bones, and muscles were updated to higher levels of segmentation and detail.
Female Caucasian Cadaver’s structures have been grouped together to be more appropriate for a high school curriculum.
All full body cadavers have updated hearts with improved accuracy and segmentation.
High Res Regional Cadavers
A brand new scan of a Female Pelvis has been added. This is the most accurate digital reconstruction of female pelvic anatomy yet.
Male Head and Neck has been updated to show advanced dental anatomy. See Functional Anatomy – Dental for more details.
Lecture Tool
The new Lecture Tool lets you record interactive lectures for students to watch back live on the Table.
- The Lecture Tool can capture the Table screen, audio, and video!
- Students can pause their playback and interact with the Table live, then press play to resume where they left off.
Please note that the Anatomage Table does not come with speakers, a microphone, or a camera. You can connect USB or Bluetooth devices to your Table to use these features.
Functional Anatomy (Physiology)
Dental
Addition of a new Dental Arch view with increased anatomical detail of teeth and dental structures, including enamel, dentin, pulp cavities, cementum, and periodontal ligaments.
Kinesiology
Addition of ligaments to Kinesiology animations.
Changes and Additions to Current Icons and Tools
User Interface
Brand new user interface with updated icons.
Quiz Mode
User-friendly updates to the Quiz Mode workflow.
Presets
Addition of a “Quick Add” button in the preset menu
Learning Assistant
Learning Assistant is now available in High Res Regional scans as well as the full body cadavers.
Flythrough
Ability to create a custom 3D flythrough with curves and unique paths.
Other Additions
Histology
Over 150 New Interactive Histology Slides have been added.
Case Library
Improved vasculature in the segmented Dog.
Loading Screen:
The Table will now incrementally add deep to superficial anatomy onto the screen during the loading process.
