UGM Meet and Greet

Please read and follow the instructions carefully to join the UGM Meet and Greet session:

• Click on the button below to join the session
• Click on “Join the Event”
• You will be asked to create a free Hopin account (or sync with your LinkedIn, Google accounts) to join the session.
• Navigate to “Stage” to hear a brief introduction about the session
• Once the introduction ends, navigate to “Networking” on your left-hand menu bar
• Click on “Networking”
• A screen shows up and asks you to “Join”
• Click on “Join” when you’re ready to meet another UGM attendee
• Review your Audio/Video settings
• If you want to extend the meeting, click on the “Extension” button located at the top of your screen
• The other participant will receive a notification to confirm if they wish to extend the meeting.
